Module 2 (BED): Classroom Teachnology Tools and Trends.

           In this online module 2, i have learn about an interactive whiteboard that will use in 21st century. I also learn about augmented reality and BYOD. For the interactive whiteboard it is a large interactive display in the form factor of a whiteboard. It can either be a standalone touchscreen computer used independently by the students. By using the interactive whiteboard its can improve students attention and more focus when they study. They are used in a variety of setting, including classrooms at all levels of education, in training rooms for professional sports coaching, in broadcasting studios and others. In some classrooms, interactive whiteboards have replaced traditional whiteboard or flipcharts or video systems such as a DVD player and TV combination. Brief instructional blocks can be recorded for review by students. They will see the exact presentation that occurred in the classroom with the teachers audio input. This can help transform learning and instruction.
          Next is augmented reality. Augmented reality is an interactive experience of a real world environment where the objects that reside in the real world are augmented by computer generated perceptual information, sometime across multiple sensory modalities, including visual, auditory, haptic, somatosensory and olfactory. The overlaid sensory information can be constructive. The primary value of augmented reality is that it brings components of the digital world into a persons perseption of the real world. Augmented can be use by students to experience new thing by using technology nowdays.
          Lastly, it is about BYOD. BYOD is also called bring your own technology. Its allowed students to bing their own devices such as laptops, tablets and smart phones to their school. The phenomenon is commonly referred to as IT consumerization. BYOD is tools that students use on 21st centuary. By using BYOD its give benefits to students learnt more about technology. BYOD is significantly increase access to technology in the classrooms. BYOD also access to current relevent engaging contents and its also can use to share ideas by encourages creativity. BYOD can promotes co-construction of knowledge and students learn more with their teachers and expert. BYOD shift to students-centered learning in classroom. BYOD focuses on 21st centuary including focuses in critical and creative thinking, collaboration, communication, self-direction and global awareness. BYOD expends the use of online and embedded assessments capacities. BYOD provides access to learning anytime, anywhere. By using BYOD, students will be more creative and more ideas in doing their homework.
          In conclusion, 3 tools above i can see that there is important to use in 21st centuary learning centered. It help students to improve their thinking and the way their answers the questions in exam and it provied that many students interested learn with this 3 tools.
